電子購物禮券 - 條款及細則：

1. 電子購物禮券必須於確認電郵或訊息上之指定日期內使用，逾期作廢。
2. 購物淨額HKD400以下之消費簽賬，將額外收取HKD80運費。
3. 電子購物禮券只適用於www.hktvmall.com或HKTVmall App網上購物。
4. 顧客必須於網上購物交易過程中輸入電子購物禮券代碼方可兌現。
5. 電子購物禮券代碼只可作單次使用。
6. 每次交易只可使用一個電子購物禮券代碼。
7. 電子購物禮券不可與其他購物優惠券、購物禮券或電子購物禮券同時使用 (免運費禮券除外)。
8. 電子購物禮券不適用於支付運費。
9. 電子購物禮券不適用於購買HKTVmall購物禮券或電子版購物禮券。
10. 付款總額若少於電子購物禮券的面值，餘數會被自動扣除，不可兌換現金或Mall Dollar現金回贈。
11. 電子購物禮券不可兌換現金或Mall Dollar現金回贈。
12. 被毀壞、遺失或過期之電子購物禮券將不獲重發。
13. 如有任何爭議，香港電視購物網絡有限公司保留最終決定權。

e-Gift Voucher - Terms & Conditions:

1. e-Gift Voucher must be redeemed during the corresponding redemption period according to the confirmation email or message sent.
2. For any purchase (s) less than HKD400, a HKD80 delivery charge will be levied.
3. e-Gift Voucher is only applicable on www.hktvmall.com or HKTVmall App online shopping.
4. e-Gift Voucher is redeemable in electronic transaction by entering the gift voucher code.
5. e-Gift Voucher can only be used once.
6. Only one e-Gift Voucher code can be used in a single transaction.
7. e-Gift Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other coupon, gift voucher or e-Gift Voucher (except free delivery voucher).
8. e-Gift Voucher cannot be used to settle delivery fee.
9. e-Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase gift voucher or e-gift voucher.
10. No refund or exchange to Mall Dollar will be made for any unused balance.
11. e-Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or Mall Dollar Cash Rebate.
12. There will be no reissuance in case of loss, damage or expiry.
13. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited shall be final.
