HKTVmall 購物禮券條款及細則：

1. 必須登入HKTVmall帳戶方可兌換HKTVmall購物禮券。
2. 此換領代碼只可換領指定數量及額值之HKTVmall購物禮券。
3. 此換領代碼只可兌換一次。
4. 此換領代碼只可於有效期換領，逾期作廢。
5. 此換領代碼一經兌換及確認，購物禮券將於15分鐘內發送至進行兌換的帳戶；兌換後之HKTVmall購物禮券並不可轉換至其他戶口。
6. 此換領代碼不可兌換現金或Mall Dollar現金回贈。
7. 付款總額若少於電子購物禮券的面值，餘數會被自動扣除，不可兌換現金或Mall Dollar現金回贈。
8. 此換領代碼並不可用作支付運費，包括商戶派送之附加費。
9. 香港電視購物網絡有限公司不會因人為錯誤(如丟失或被盜)而重發換領代碼。
10. 購物禮券須受有關條款及細則約束。
11. 如有爭議，香港電視購物網絡有限公司保留最終決定權。

Terms & Conditions of the HKTVmall Gift Voucher Redemption Code:

1. You must log in to HKTVmall account to redeem the HKTVmall vouchers.
2. This redemption code can only redeem the assigned quantity and amount of HKTVmall vouchers.
3. This redemption code can only be redeemed once.
4. This redemption code can only be redeemed during the validation period, and shall be invalid after the expiry date.
5. Once this redemption code is redeemed successfully, the HKTVmall e-Gift vouchers will be sent into your account within 15 minutes; the HKTVmall e-Gift vouchers cannot be transferred to other accounts.
6. The redemption code cannot be transferred to cash or Mall Dollar cash rebate.
7. No refund or exchange for Mall Dollar will be made for any unused balance of the Gift Voucher.
8. The redemption code cannot be used to settle shipping charges, including extra charges arising from merchant delivery.
9. Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited is not responsible for lost or stolen of the redemption code.
10. Terms and conditions are applied to the HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher.
11. In case of any disputes, Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
