「HKTVmall 區區大送禮」條款及細則

  1. HKTVmall 區區大送禮（「本活動」）由香港電視購物網絡有限公司 (「本公司」)主辦。
  2. 推廣期為2015 年 8 月 1 日至 2015 年 8 月 31 日早上3時正(「推廣期」)，以本公司伺服器接收時間為準。
  3. 推廣期內，登入www.hktvmall.com或使用HKTVmall iOS /Android應用程式網上購物，帳單總額滿HKD$400或以上 (扣除已使用的 Mall Dollar現金回贈，其他折扣優惠，及運費後)，即可獲贈禮品乙份。
  4. 獲贈禮品將根據送貨地址決定，詳情如下：

      *填寫送貨地址時，「屋苑或街道」必須從預設清單中選擇，否則將獲贈隨機禮品乙份。
    2. 送貨地址不屬於以上51個分區將獲贈隨機禮品乙份。
  5. 本公司保留決定及更改送貨地址的分區劃分之權利。
  6. 51個分區的指定禮品數量有限，送贈完畢，本公司保留權利以隨機禮品代替，而該隨機禮品之價值及種類可能與指定禮品不相同。
  7. 確認訂單後，如會員更改送貨地址或取消訂單，將等同放棄獲取有關禮品之權利。
  8. 因禮品可能受非人為因素(如氣候或採收期等)，導致無法預期派送，本公司保留更改禮品派送時間之權利。
  9. 禮品不可退換、轉換、兌換現金或或Mall Dollar現金回贈或其他貨品。
  10. 如因使用禮品而造成任何損失或人身傷害，本公司及贊助商戶概不負責，法律規定之責任除外。
  11. 所有禮品(包括新鮮食品)由第三方供應商生產及供應。
  12. 禮品由贊助商戶提供，本公司不保證禮品之質素，並對禮品不作出任何保證或承諾。
  13. 本公司保留暫停本活動或修改條款及細則的權利，而毋須作出預先通知。如有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權。

“HKTVmall Summer Giveaway” Terms & Conditions

  1. HKTVmall Summer Giveaway (“The event”) is host by Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited (“HKTVmall”).
  2. The event lasts from Aug 1, 2015 to Aug 31, 2015 at 3:00am (“Event period”); and the time of the system server on HKTVmall shall prevail.
  3. During the Event period, log into www.hktvmall.com or use HKTVmall iOS/Android app, one single purchase order with a total billed amount of HKD$400 or above (excluding used Mall Dollar Cash Rebated, other discount offers, and delivery fee) will be entitled to a free gift.
  4. The free gift is determined by the delivery address*. Detail as below:

    2. If your delivery address does not belong to the above 51 districts, you will be entitled to a random free gift.
  5. HKTVmall reserves the right to change the districts of any delivery address.
  6. The designated free gifts of the above 51 districts are only available while stock lasts. When any free gift is out of stock, HKTVmall reserves the right to replace with a random free gift, while the value and type of the random free gift might be different from the designated free gift.
  7. The free gift will be forfeited if the delivery address of a confirmed order is changed or the confirmed order is cancelled.
  8. As non-human factors (such as weather constraints and insufficient supply) might cause delay of some free gifts delivery, HKTVmall reserves the right to change the delivery date.
  9. Free gifts are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or Mall Dollar Cash Rebate or other products.
  10. HKTVmall shall not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury incurred when taking or using the free gifts, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  11. All free gifts (including fresh produce and seafood) are produced and offered by third-party suppliers.
  12. Free gifts are sponsored by third-party suppliers, therefore HKTVmall may not guarantee the quality of the free gifts, and shall not be liable for any other guarantees and promises regarding the free gifts.
  13. HKTVmall reserves the right to suspend The event or modify the terms and conditions without preannouncement. HKTVmall also reserves the right of final decision in respect of any dispute arises.
